1. I don't think that I have a "comfort food" persay. I get cravings for things at certain times, but I don't eat something to "feel better." If I'm down in the dumps or angry, I tend to lose my appetite.
2. I tend to like healthy foods anyways, but I do get my rare cravings for onion rings & buffalo chicken wings every now & then. (Like today!) ;o)

**I usually do the opposite and don't want to eat. When that happens, sometimes I will eat mac and cheese.
