HELP! How do i prevent office butt?

so here's the deal.... i work in an office and i do a lot of my work on the computer. i'm developing an office butt! it just gets bigger and saggier! are there any things i can do? I can't walk around too much because i can't really leave my cubicle.

I have the same problem! I work 8-5 everyday, sitting at a computer. It does nothing for your lower body! I recently bought all the Tae-Bo tapes, and have been doing those for a week. Great results! There are a lot of lower body exercises that he teaches you to do.

Just a suggestion!

**Oh my that's a tough one ..

I see golly passed on some information that hopefully will help.

Guess I would suggest to stand up and stretch as often as you can ..

Even if you cannot leave your cubicle .. you could just walk in a a few circles

Something is better than nothing as I always say

Do butt squeezes all day! The more you do the more aware of your butt you'll become and be able isolate muscles.
