I'm about to slip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had the worst start today. It's been over a week since I last lit up and stress was my big craving trigger. This morning at work everything that could have gone wrong has. Joe's home, but we talked and decided that it would be better for me if I stay near where I work during the week until we move because driving every day has been adding to my exhaustion. So I spent exactly one night with him and moved a bunch of my stuff this morning which caused me to have a mini-meltdown. I'm so sad when I'm away from him for more than a couple of days. I'll miss him during the week, but this is best. We move to Florida at the end of September. I CAN'T TAKE THIS TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT A @#$%ing SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't do it! You will STILL have the same problems AFTER the smoke that you are having right now. It won't solve anything....only make you feel *guilty*!!!
If possible, go to whyquit.com right after that walk....or at least calming, soothing
deep breaths. You can get past this crave...I KNOW you can!
Keep checking back in! ** stel **

Girl, you have gone thru waaaaaaaaaay to much to 'slip' now. Thank of all the other
stressful times you have had. I wish I was at home where I had more helpful info to
give you gals. Check Hugs' website. Go to whyquit.com. Read all of Joel Spitzer's
stuff ~ it's good.
Mary, I know you can make it thru this stressful time....take deep breaths, say a
prayer, and keep checking back in. Even tho I got a ton on my desk, I can easily
relate to what you 2 gals are going thru right now.
HANG IN THERE! ** stel **

that of all those nasty toxins you've gotten out of your system. You don't
want them back in there again. Jog in place, STRETCH, get a straw & puff on
it if you can find one.....anything to get past this crave!
Hope others will be along soon to help!!!!!!! ** stel **

LOL I talked to my younger sister today. She's been with her husband since she was 14(married for 5 years) - she turned 26 in April - and she said, "Yeah, you haven't gotten to the point where you say, 'Thank God' when you're home alone. Don't worry. That'll change."
