Nutrition Tip
Spritzing up your water can be a great way to ensure you get your 64 ounces daily. Try adding an ounce of cranberry juice to plain water. Over the course of the day, you will have 8 ounces of juice (with health benefits) and fulfill your water quota.
Fitness Tip
Here is an advanced stair exercise. Try doing some lunges going up the stairs (but, never down). Start by standing on the floor or the first step. Now place your right foot 2 steps higher and check to ensure your weight is balanced. Now push up and off with the left foot and lunge off your right heel, using the muscles in your right leg to lift your left foot up to the same stair as your right. On the lunge, your weight will transfer quickly from the left foot to the right foot, be sure to keep your back straight and upright, use your right heel (not the ball of your right foot) and squeeze your buttocks. Now put your left foot 2 stairs higher and repeat. Keep going until you reach your destination or your buttocks are screaming. Do this exercise slowly and keep your form. You will be surprised at how much this exercise strengthens your lower body, works your cardiovascular system, burns calories briskly and helps you feel energized.

Such a good tip Stel, I find playing golf in the heat that water doesn't quench my thirst but add a little lemon cordial to it and usually end up drinking two litres or more a round. Speaking of which I had better get off here soon and get going...to golf, I know, life's a struggle Hil
Thanks! I love the juice idea!!! I bet it tastes so good too!
Much love,
