We are really on a kick about actually "cooking"...even tho I nearly cut my thumb off while chopping some garlic the other nite.

Saturday is Rosemary Chicken Breasts, Brown Butter and Balsamic Ravioli, and Spinach Salad with Pancetta and Sweet Vinaigrette......'cept they don't HAVE pancetta in ARKANSAS, so have to substitute regular bacon....should be pretty good tho....this is another of those Rachel Rays 30 Minute Meals.......she is SO CUTE!!

awwwww, , you and Golly are so sweet....

we have just been trying to finish up my mess in the dining room, and somehow I've gotten on this cooking kick....really did scare myself tho as I cut right thru my thumb nail - - I know - - it was gross!!(lol)- - was afraid I was going to have to have a stitch, but turned out okay. Dear hubby had to do the rest of the chopping!HA!! I am a great supervisor!!(lol) . . but prefer to do it myself if you know what I mean!

Also, as you know, , , I have fallen victim to reality tv - - specifically Big Brother 4, and I just get lost in the live feed....I would Hate to be stuck with those people in that house . . . 'cept that Jun is a pretty good cook from the looks of things even tho she HEAVILY SALTS everything!

For me, August is really Dog Days of summer, , I lose all desire and energy to do very much and mostly just can't wait till September....

So, I'm around - - don't worry - - - you know, I come and go....(vbg)

hugs to you and Golly,

tracy

HI! Did you know, like I just figgered out that for emoticons you can type in the first letter of the emoticon you want? I have no training and didn't know this! I recently did it for putting in "STATE" for filling in customer profiles. Probably you know. Anyway, just thought I'd say it.

Onward -- Golly did you get a post with a surprise recipe in it recently? I started a new discussion with it. I can't find it. It was late at night. Maybe I forgot to say "post."

Welp, my back is screaming at me so time to wrap it up for now -- later and HAPPY COOKING!

LOVE,

Yogi
