Welcome to our fitness and health board where we all share and support eachother on our journey to a healthier life. :) Perhaps someone else will know something.
Jmho but anything that sounds *too good to be true* usually is :::sigh::. Most of us here are into moderation. We simply have to burn more calories than we consume to lose weight.
We'd love to have you on our journey to being more fit and healthy. :) Hope you join us where we share. :)

>>THe reason I want to use this product is becauseI am only 19 but felt like ive lost more than 50% of my hair over a period of 4-6 years.
**I can only imagine how distressing this can be diana. I hope others have some suggestions. Meanwhile, you keep the faith, ok?

Just a note to you about hair loss that you may not be aware of: Hair loss is one of many symptoms of problems with the thyroid. I recently was diagnosed with hypo thyroid and I had a great deal of hair loss. . .
It might not be a bad idea to schedule an appointment with your doc if you haven't been in a while and talk to him/her about whats going on. . . . lots of reasons for hair loss and good idea to check it out. I know it's also important to try to get stress under control too.
Hope you can find some help for your hair loss - - I KNOW how devastating this can be and worry and stress over it only make it worse.
Take care,
Tracy
Oh, just wanted to come back and say that my hair loss is under control now as my thyroid medication has helped to get that back under control.

Thank you very much again for your inputs. Now that I think of it...on my last check up with my doctor i think she did mention something about my thyroid and hormones...something to that effect...though i cant remember clearly what exactly she said. She said its not a big big problem...just something we'll keep an eye on and i should come back in a few months and check up on it again and if necessary she'll give me something for it. Maybe it could be that. But i must note...that ive experienced my hair dropping at about the age of 15...i think thats when it started but i sort of disregarded it. Anyways...i just want my hair back...hair loss has affected my self confidence in a major way. Thanks again!
