Hello everyone. I am a new mom of a 6 month baby boy. I am still fighting that after baby weight and was wondering if anyone out there had any good diets or exercise routines that helped them out. I am still battleing about 10lbs, its not much but it is driving me nuts cause I have a ton of clothes that I can't fit into and I really can't afford to go buy a new wardrobe. I have tried diet pills and I really watch my calories and fat but stil that is doing nothing. Please help.

I just popped in for a minute today but had to welcome you to the board and congratulate you on your baby boy/girl. I hear you on those last 10 lbs, they can be a battle.
Others will be here in a few but meanwhile, maybe take a peek in Hug's *Healthy Habits* up top and you may find some good ideas suggestions and check through some of the threads for some ideas. :)

Congratulations on your new baby boy, how exciting!
Along with watching your calories I assume you also exercise often right
Most of us need both to lose some pounds as opposed to just one ..
Walking is a great exercise .. you can push the stroller too
Crunches will help with your stomach area too.
