I was just wondering, if there is any certain time, I should work out..?
I thought about going for a early morning walk in the morning, to start things off.. I’m excited about this new work out, and I hope that I have enough will power to stick to it, because it’s something I really wanna do.. I don’t consider myself, over weight for my height, and age.. I’m 19, 160lbs a little chunky, and about 5’6, but I’m use to being… 5’6, 19, and 130lbs.. I just want to feel good about myself, and I know this is something I have to do to have that…
I would like to say thanks to all the people who took the time to read my first post, and to reply! Thanks for your support guys! It means a lot.. If you need any advice about anything, I’ll try my best to help…..
Thanks Again!
Hugs

In My opinion, the best time to do a workout is the time that is best for YOU> > > then, stick to it. I don't have to get up and go to work in the morning, so I do mine then...and Nothing comes before that. I don't let doing chores or other stuff come Before I take care of me.
When you find the time that works for you - - stick with it and it will become habit and you will look to that time as a rejuvenating experience and feel better when you are finished.
Combine that with eating in moderation and keeping a healthy outlook, and you will have it made.
Good for you for doing your treadmill . . . that soreness will go away after you do it for a while and then you will find you can boost the speed even more.
One other thing - - you can do mini workouts too - - sometimes I divide up my time and do 15 treadmill in the morning and a set in the afternoon, and one after dinner.....again, the most important thing is to DO something.

(that stands for 'can't remember *stuff*'LOL)
That's AWESOME that you got started on that treadmill!!!! 30 minutes is ALOT for
the first time:) Don't burn yourself out too quick though, young lady:)
I would have to go with EVERYTHING Tracy has said. She is a 'workout goddess'.
But....I DO believe that early morning exercise MUST help get your metabolism
revved up for the rest of the day, thus helping burn fat. JMHO, of course.
Keep coming back, and you'll get more great advice, I'm sure. Welcome to F&H!

Well done Kitty on getting started towards your goal. I also think the best time to exercise is the one that best fits into your day although I personally like to exercise early morning to kick start the day, mentally and physically.
If you were doing weight training I would suggest later in the day after muscles have had a chance to warm up and stretch a little but for aerobic exercises I don't think it really matters. WELL DONE! Hilary

Hi Kitty,
So good to see you back and also to hear that you've started on your journey...whoohooo!
If you look down below you'll see a place (exercise and more) where you can put down what you do for the day as far as exercise, meals and water goes.
A lot of people do their exercising in the morning. I think maybe if you try different times, you'll find out what works for you best. :)
Love that enthuasism but easy on doing too much too soon. :) Lol, we say *baby steps* here for increasing exercise and decreasing food intake. Hope to see you soon.

Good to see you again!
Sounds like you are well on your way to getting *Fit & Healthy*
Keep doing what you are doing as it will allow you to succeed!
As for what time of day to exercise ..
Guess that would be up to you and your schedule ..
Try to fit it in at the same time every day will help get you into a routine.
Keep at it and sure hope we see you again soon :)
