What will you be eating today? Do you plan to cook... order in... enjoy leftovers... eat out?
It doesn't have to be fancy or homemade; Please share what you plan to serve for dinner tonight. Our sharing provides ideas for all, and helps us to get to know you (and your eating preferences) a little better.
Enjoy :)

~~~Hilary, are you saying you eat sausages with onion and bananas and green apple and sultanas - - and what are sultanas? - - - - all toGether? or is it the sausage dish, then what, onions on the side, and then some bananas, and then some apples and whatever those sultanas are???? I'm confused. Enlighten me.
I'm doing the ravioli thing I saw on 30 Minute Meals...it is so easy and delish, kind of high in cals, but with a simple salad it's acceptable.
Here's all it is:
~ Boil up Store bought ravioli (comes in little container in the refrigerated section)
~ When it is just about ready, heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a cold pan till bubbly
~ Drain ravioli and add to bubbly butter
~ Pour in about 2-3 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
~ Let cook about 2 minutes stirring - - the Balsamic thickens up and darkens the ravioli
~ Throw in some parmesan cheese and some chopped parsley
~ Plate up - - it is really pretty and good and you don't have to go buying special pasta sauce
LIke I said, it's not a low-cal deal, but, it's comfy. Just don't do it everyday!(lol)
Much love,
Since we're leaving for Virginia Beach on Friday, we are staying away from buying groceries so that none of the food goes bad.
Our fridge is almost empty, so I have to be creative. ;o)
Much love,
Hey Tracy, You cook the "lo fat" sausages and onions in a non stick pan with cooking spray if necessary until they are really brown (for flavour). Add one chopped green apple, two chopped bananas, a cup of sultanas. Sprinkle a little plain flour over the top, curry powder to taste, black pepper and a couple of teaspoons of chicken stock powder. Stir it up, add water, bring boil stirring, and simmer until the fruit has all but disintegrated!
My Dad used to cook it for us for breakfast!!! and we all grew up loving it! His version was certainly NOT lo fat though lol!! Hilary
