Anybody here ever watch Dr. Phil? He seems to me the kind of guy that is just a tell it like it is, no fooling around kind of guy right? Well, I work at a drug store and we now have new "Dr. Phil" diet food(bars and shakes and such). He didn't seem like the type of person to go that route. He also has an article in this weeks TV guide(which I read some of...can only read so much when you are supposed to be working LOL) They ask him what he thinks of the Atkins diet and he says that he could tell you to eat oranges for 3 weeks and you would lose weight, but that wasn't the issue. He says that for those who want his help they have to stick to his plan by reading his book and then he has the "diet"food. Isn't he being a bit hipocritical? What do you think?
I myself don't "diet". Just gotta watch how much I eat :) and exercise. Gotta have cheesecake, just not a whole one at one time *g*

**I sure agree there rz! I didn't know he'd gone that route. I distrust most *diets*. The weight comes off but from many I've seen, then goes back on.
I think it really is a lifestyle change rather than a fad diet.
Just my 2 cents. :)

**Really enjoy you on your soap box Sliver!! especially as we mostly agree ;) Hilary
**So true ..
We all must find what works for ourselves ..
Also knowing it is a lifestyle change more than anything else .. JMHO of course :)
