I thought I would check it, to say hello, and share with everyone my routine.
I started saleing Avon so I have to go out and sale a lot… Scents I'm Saleing it on my own.... so I drive to wear I need to go sale, and I park and walk! To where ever…..mostly I walk from about 6 in the afternoon in till about 8…. Then at night, I work out.. About.. 10 or 11.. Me and my husband.. Started working Out together……… he walks with me too, scents I don’t want to walk alone.. And we have fun.. Enjoying things we see, and laugh.. Along the way…
besides walking this is what I do.....
I do butterfly’s using free weights, crunches, and Bench Pressing… all of these is my husbands ideal, I figured scents he trains in submission grappling, & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu it must do something for me..lol.. he is way ahead of me, on everything, and he does alot more, different Exercises, but, he keeps my sprits up. By having condenses in me. I told him between him and you guys here, I was sure to stick to it.. :)

Your routine sounds wonderful! How great you and your DH do some of this together ..
Walking by parking the car farther way is a great idea!

Good to see you back and glad you feel you're getting some support here. :)
That's quite a routine you've got going. It must be really nice to workout with your husband, especially since he keeps your spirits up and has confidence in you. :)
I really like your idea of parking farther away and then walking. It's such a simple but good little extra exercise. :)
