for my quit day on the 4th...now I know there are tons of wonderful ideas on the health website...however...any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Like what should I start doing now??? Water Water and more Water, I know...anything else??

I found this quote which should help me...Fear knocked at the door. Faith answered. And lo, no one was there.

Good list start Mae . Print it out and stick it whereever it's in your face and read often. ;)

Ahh yes, that brain fog, lol, I think our best quit stories come from that fog!

Mae, some people just want to sleep when they quit or have quits when they do. If you are one of those who can, go for it too. :)

One more, post before you go for a butt. There's some awesome gals here as you can see to help and support. :)

Mae, If I may be so. . 'bold'...another reason to do this quit: because until you do, it will bug the heck out of you. It's back there in the head saying "i Need to quit" and until you do it, it will always be a pain in the a**. That, for me, was my biggest reason. Because my mind would not let me smoke in peace!(lol) And when you finally do it, the quit, you WILL start feeling so much better and stronger as a person.

You can do this. You've done much harder things just moving all those rocks!(lol)

Always remember - - just ONE day at a time.....don't say or even THINK about Never smoking...that's Way to big right now....just don't do smoke this minute/hour/day/week.

you are beginning a new life! who Knows what waits on the other side of smoking. It can only get better!!
