TGIF FRIDAY!!

Rofl, I enjoy eating there ;)

Hey the work/school week will be over when you sit down to dinner. :) Eating out, eating on the run or able to sit back and enjoy some dinnertime conversation? What are your plans-inquiring minds like to know.

If we're not too grundgy and the plumber guy leaves in time, I hope we eat out. Nothing fancy but perhaps some lingonberry pancakes or some cheese/beer soup and a salad!

It's National BBQ Day in Sydney today so we are having a BBQ for dinner. Ds's radio station has been putting a BBQ on all day and I don't think he will be too hungry tonight! HA! Just for those who might be interested it is run by Variety, the children's charity, and the link below gives some more information. Interesting where the Variety Club started out :)

Hilary

Ds just got out of bed, it is 4.30 p.m. That is where he spends his life when not working of playing and informed me that he is hungry. The Variety Club did all the cooking at the station and he was too busy to eat!! I GIVE UP trying to plan dinners :)

Now a national BBQ day sounds like a very good thing Hil! Lol. We have local BBQ contests and I always try to get some of the winners to send to my FL son and CA bro. lol. They love it. :)

Interesting on Variety Charity. Good to see that up to 90% of donations actually get to those in need too. Sounds like a good one.

Rofl on your kid. Maybe consider him your *ghost* resident and go ahead and plan for just you and dh. If he gets hungry enough, he might tell you ahead of time when he will be able to eat with you. ;)

Have a good one hon and thanks for the share. :)

**The berries are very tiny and sort of like a cranberry and a Swedish type food. There's a restaurant here that serves a Swedish pancake with them.

I grew up eating Swedish goodies like that and lutfisk (ughh, one fish I won't eat). I've probably got the spelling on both the fish and the berries wrong HA! The cheese/beer soup is yummy but I have no idea how they make it. Very smooth and creamy and I can tell there's some hot peppers in the mix.
