**Wecome to the board and congratulations on deciding to go for a healthier lifestyle. :)I'm sure if you stick around or check back, there will lots of support and help.
To start off, take it in baby steps-start slowly with perhaps a short walk or just work around the house, but each day add a little more *moving* time. You might check out the library too to see if there might be any beginning exercise tapes you think you'd like.
Meanwhile, check out the website up top *Healthy Habits* and perhaps read back on the posts to get started. ;) And of course, it's always a good idea to check with your Dr. before starting an exercise program. :)
