I am a 24 year old who is 5foot 2 and I weigh 140. Do you any tips on exercises. I have never worked out in my life so I am in very bad shape. Also if you have any eating tips to help me accomplish this it would be great. Post or e amil to sweety19pea@yahoo.com

Hey, thanks for offering your help. I just need to find out what else can I do for my butt and legs. I currently do lunges (different styles), squats, deadlifts. I do run 3-4 times/week. It just seems like my lower body is never going to tone up like I want. I always do high reps with lighter weight. What would you suggest??

**Wecome to the board and congratulations on deciding to go for a healthier lifestyle. :)I'm sure if you stick around or check back, there will lots of support and help.



To start off, take it in baby steps-start slowly with perhaps a short walk or just work around the house, but each day add a little more *moving* time. You might check out the library too to see if there might be any beginning exercise tapes you think you'd like.

Meanwhile, check out the website up top *Healthy Habits* and perhaps read back on the posts to get started. ;) And of course, it's always a good idea to check with your Dr. before starting an exercise program. :)
