Hey ladies~

Tonight it's all about football, so I'm tempted to get chicken wings & pizza, but since our budget is a little tight, I'm gonna have to cook! ;o(

I'll fry up the pork chops & make some peas & au-gratin potatoes as I discussed yesterday!

Much love,

** It really was excellent. I love it when "dinner" works out perfect ::blush:: even if I say so myself. I would send you some but I cooked six skinless thigh fillets, dh and I had one each and ds finished off the rest!! HA! Hilary

>>I don't know what tho - - I threw a hunk of some kind of fat red meat into my new crock pot with some onion and garlic.

**That sounds as if it will be delicious Tracy, anything with garlic is a goer with me.

Crock pot cooking seems to be very popular here :) I don't use mine that much but will go and check out some recipes and try it again. They are great when you are out all day!

I assume mac and cheese is macaroni and cheese. You girls eat that a lot too. You know, I have never cooked it. Hilary

My dad loaded us up with venison when I was home, so I'll probably make some BBQ's and baked beans. My favorite is to dip regular potato chips in my beans, but since I'm "trying" to stick to a healthier diet, I'll have to pass on the chips tonight.
