Hi, before I run off, I wanted to share something I have found is helping me.

You can do it in the shower, at your desk, or just about anywhere. In fact, I am doing it now.

I'm stressing over all the deliveries I have to make, the health form I need to get to the school for my son to be able to continue going to school (all sixth graders need to have an immunization booster), the overdue bill, stamped, sealed, but not delivered, I must get in the mail, other things, the teacher night, my DXH, on and on.

In the shower a couple days ago, I was feeling stressed so much! I stood in the shower and let my face relax. From forehead to jaw, eyes relaxed, cheeks, nose and mouth. Ears too and scalp. And whatever else that I forgot. Like the the back of your neck and throat. Notice your breathing.

Try it. Let me know your results. :)

Love,

Yogi xoxoooo

I slowed down!

**Yep, still breathing, that's got to be good lol!! Just kidding. Sounds like a good idea Yogi. Funny I was "talking" to someone last night and she said that having a shower and doing just what you suggested is a good way to help you sleep. Thanks. Hilary
