Daily update and late-night eating ??

Hi.
Well, I'm down a pound from yesterday, but I have a long way to go. I didn't go to Curves (shame on me), but I did manage to do the Winsor Pilates 20 minute workout, a dozen push ups, and lifted weights for my arms. One problem that I have in addition to large portions is eating late at night...I stay up late and always get hungry around 11PM. How do I stop from eating that late?

**Yayy on that lb, newlymarried! Hey you did get in a workout there-that's a good start I think! :) I think a lot of us struggle with the night eating.
Two suggestions I've heard of for stopping the late night eating more or less come from within- making the choice to either get to bed earlier or substitute water for that food. If you feel you really do want food, perhaps pick something low calorie but also satisfying. I find a cup of hot chocolate (about 40 calories) helps me. :)
Would having some popcorn around 7 help? Maybe you could spread out how long it takes you to eat the pieces? I'm sure others will have some good ideas. :)

However on the bright side you did exercise .. so that's great!

**Couple of ways ..Go to sleep earlier
