Well, I guess I over-did it yesterday!I am still going to do cardio to day--but not the class--which involves USE OF YOU ARMS-which I barely have!!So its the tread-mill on high elevation to work my buns and legs..and abs..and stretching!!Tomprrow I will not be as sore..I hope! xoxo mel

Your subject line says it all- I think we've all been there at one point where we've overdone and can barely move the next day.
