The "little cutie" as Mel described "it" will be eating a very nice chicken and mushroom dinner that is still in the fridge from last night and dh and I will DEFINITELY be getting takeaway tonight!! Just to infuriate him, the "little cutie", I think I will make it Indian. Hilary

Hey Hilary - - do you remember a cook from down your way by the name of Gordon Elliot? He had a Great food show on up here - - not on anymore - now he's selling Campbells Soup in micro-wave bowls! HA! He had some good stuff and since I found out where he's from just wondering if he's big down there...

Okay, we are going to be dining on salisbury steak, egg noodles with parmesan, and green beans. Then, for dessert, I've got that Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie in the freezer, but I made mine with low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt - - I took a tiny taste of the pumpkin/yogurt mixture and Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........Can't wait.

Oh Golly - - Pineapple upside down cake with lots of brown sugar and butter and I use crushed pineapple instead of rings so there's pineapple in Every bite!!! Yum - - I am too highly influence-able and now I'm going to have to make that soon too!!(vbg)

Do you make your own Spanish rice or box? I make my own with rice, onion, garlic, a cup of frozen peas and carrots, and a jar of thick and chunky salsa. I think it is a meal in itself!

Boy, I should Not do this at bedtime! I'm way too hungry now!
