I know Stel likes collge ball. I like professional fb but do watch the occassional college game. Penn State of course! And Notre Dame. The professional teams I like are GB Packers, Pitt Steelers and gotta root for a home team so the 49ers are my west coast team.

Barb, dh just read in the paper that the SF Conservatory is reopening...they've been remodeling it for 8 years. Think that means it'll be awesome? Loved that place before it closed. We'll have to take a trip to see it.

Super Sunday Salutations ladies, Cappy. #(,'%/)

Mornin Cappy!!

I'm more an ice-hockey fan....but, I Do root for our Arkansas Razorbacks college team.

However, on a chilly Sunday afternoon, there are few things better than curling up on the couch and snoozing with a pro-football game....wonderful napping!(vbg)

Cappy

No I am not big on FB but then I am not big on any sport (stopped watching baseball when the Dodgers left Brooklyn).

Thanks for the info on SF Conservatory--I'll keep an eye out--but I usually don't have time to do much wherever I work since I have to put in 40 hours between noon on Monday(when I arrive) and 10am Friday ()when I have to leave. I'll be taking a personal day for the Simon and Garfunkel concert.

** I agree Tracy. Your football puts me to sleep You should see what a real game of football looks like LOL!!! Rugby Union/League or Australian Football. The fellas last a whole game! unless they get injured of course. There is more action off the field than on over there. The U.S. has a team in the 2003 Rubgy World Cup being played here next month. Take a look and see the game. I guess there really is only one official "football" and that's soccer ;) Overall I am not a footie fan. Hilary

Having started this thread I have yet to see any football today! Regular Sunday morning things plus a trip to 2 hardware stores, the nursery and some gardening once we got home took up all the morning football time. DH taped 2 games on TiVo but of course neighbors and internet pals have already given us some highlights so we may not even watch those.

I often fall asleep during games...they can get boring even for fans. So maybe part of liking it is the napping part? (-.-)Zzz LOL! And I agree with Hilary, Rugby is fun to watch, a very aggressive sport. I'd like to see that World Cup game, too.

Well, guess I'll go get that new shower curtain put up before I settle in for an afternoon of football or whatever. See ya later! Cappy XXX
