I need a fitness buddy!

Hi all!

From Nov 2002 until June 2003 I was on a great healthy eating and exercise regimine. The last 3 months I have fallen off the wagon, so to speak. I have only been working out on average about once a week and indulging in anything I want. The lbs are coming back and the clothes are tighter. I need some motivation please! I know I feel and look better when I excercise and eat right, I just cannot seem to convince myself to do it.

Welcome to the board...you've come to the right place. :)

There's lots of buddies here and we're all working together to get fitter and more healthy. :)

So take a look around. Down in the "Who's Here" folder, for Monday (or wait till tomorrow ) there a Welcome that tells pretty much what we do and Monday is also weigh in day (we don't have to tell if we don't want to :)). Then there's a folder "Exercise and More" where we can check in and even journal how we do-great for accountability. :) We have a lot of fun as you'll see in "Fun and Games" and "Discussions" but we also share tips and meals there too. :) Also up top you'll find our Website *Healthy Habits".

We'd love to have you join us on your health journey, Fall is a great time to get started! :)

HI! what you need to ask yourself is WHY did you "fall off the wagon" and WHY NOT get back on??Are you lacking in time to work-out?I think the LONGER you wait to get back on track the harder it will be!!What were you doing for excercise--weights,running..whatever it was maybe try something new this time to pique your interest again!JMHO--mel
