Spaghetti and meat balls (very low fat beef) and salad.

**Sounds pretty good to me Golly. It is good now the supermarkets and butchers sell "heart smart" beef. Otherwise Tracy's new pan sounds like a good idea although I have never seen them here. Hilary
Yippeee on that avacado!! Nothing better than a perfectly ripe avacado (imho ). Dh has been so kind to give me HIS 1/2 too, lololol.

**I love them too Golly, funny dh isn't that keen either. I love them filled with prawns mixed with a combination of lo fat mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce. Hilary
No kidding - - that will Always work.
I LOVE potatoes....and I'm thinking it's going to be somewhat cool so I just might try this recipe I found for potato soup. No meat. Had enough meat the last few days. Soup and salad sounds good.

**Hey Tracy, I know I have said it before but I was fascinated the way your restaurants sell "soup and salad". Not a combination you would find here. Sounds good though :) Hilary

**You're funny Tracy. Can't imagine not liking them. I had sliced avocado, chicken breast and tomato on a bread roll for lunch as well. Hmm we know what not to serve you if ever the occasion arises! Hil
**Sounds tasty to me ..
Enjoy :)
