Good Morning Ladies,

I hope everyone got a good nights sleep! Figured out what you'll be having today? Something light because it's hot where you are or more hardy because it's turned cold. Love these shares. What's on your menu?

Good Morning!

I think we're going to do breakfast for supper tonight, we have eggs and sausage to use up, so maybe I'll do a casserole. (this isn't wierd is it??) ;-)

**Lol, we often have breakfast for dinner and really enjoy it Hill. :)

How about some orange slices or cantalope with it?

Hi Hill. I love breakfast food for dinner...it's so comforting, especially on cool evenings. Golly's suggestion of adding fruit makes it even yummier. Enjoy! Cappy

I DON'T know yet....

But, all this talk of crock-potter-y cooking, I found a site that has quite a few Healthy Crock-pot recipes...there's a Curry Chicken one that sounds really good.

I'm going to print off a few of these - - you know, I AM new to cooking, and the only recipes I have about crock-pot cooking are the ones that came with the Crock-pot! These look Much better...
