Hi!
Against my better judgment to diet, I started the South Beach diet yesterday. I ate salad, steak, eggs, and even peanuts and peanut butter, and I lost.....4 POUNDS!!!! I know all of it is water weight, but it still feels good to lose anything.
I also went to Curves and with the exception of the music cd not working properly, I had a really good workout! I pushed myself harder than normal and I felt good! I can't go tonight, but I will make sure to do Pilates and/or take a long walk when I get home.
I'm so happy today!!!! :)))))

**Happy for you, keep it up :) I sometimes think some of these diets are a "good" thing just to give you a kick start and later on down the track they can be modified to be a healthy diet anyways. Good on you. Hilary
