What will be great is we can always find this thread,

This is SO GOOD!!!! I'm coming in here to tell you about it!(lol)...I had a heck of a time making it cause I had to search thru 3 boxes to find my Pumpkin PIe Spice! Now, I must tell you, I did NOT use a whole cup of butter...I melted 1/2 cup and took a spoon and dripped it over the top.

I've tried these and they are great fixed this way....I didn't have any "fresh beans" so I used 2 cans of cut beans...also, I left off the paprika...

Green Beans Caesar

1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
1 Tbs instant minced onions
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbs dried bread crumbs
2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
1 Tbs melted butter
Paprika

Cut beans into 1" peices & cook (only until crisp). Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Toss beans with olive oil, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic and pepper. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole.

Stir bread crumbs, parmesan cheese & butter - sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Bake uncovered until heated through about 15-20 minutes.

We had this at a party a bit back and it is just wonderful!!

The one we had, the pretzels were just broken into small pieces, not crushed completely.

This is THE best fish recipe EVER!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

2 pounds tilapia fillets
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt

Directions
1 Preheat your oven's broiler, and grease a broiling pan, or line with aluminum foil.
2 In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.***I added 1/4 tsp garlic powder & 1/4 tsp paprika to mine***
3 Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over, and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven, and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil for 2 more minutes, or until the topping is browned, and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
