Good day Ladies ..

I would love to hear some great food ideas from anyone and everyone ..

Healthy would be great but yummy is important as well

Please feel free to share what is healthy, good, easy quick dinner ideas ..

Also if we can keep them all in this thread it would make finding them easier for all.

I will go back and c/p the ones we already have in this thread too .. eventually

That way we all know where they will be when we want them

What will be great is we can always find this thread,

Post in it and that will *bump* it back to the top

In time I will be posting them on our website as well.

Have a great day :)

~Hugs~

Thought I'd add the heart healthy salmon recipe that looks so good and Hilary said is good! :)

Grilled Salmon with Orange Hoisin Sauce

Although there is a lot of fat in salmon, it is the heart-healthy variety, and at least one meal of a fatty fish per week is recommended.

Serving: 3
Prep Time: 10 minutes minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

1 1/4 pound salmon steak
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon honey

1. Preheat grill or broiler.

2. Rinse salmon steaks with water and place in a non-metal container or plastic sealable bag.

3. Mix remaining ingredients either in a food processor, blender or by hand, and pour over salmon steaks. Marinate mixture for 10 minutes.

4. Place salmon in broiler or on a medium-high heat grill, and cook for 6 minutes per side or until salmon is cooked through. Serves 3.

Based on individual serving.
