Don't let workday stress send you to the Goody Jar. The stress hormone, cortisol, fools you into thinking you need carbohydrates (sugar) and fat. But what you are really craving is time to decompress. Call a friend or ask a coworker to join you for a walk. If you are still hungry, have an apple or carrot sticks - the (low-calorie) crunch will help relieve tension stored in your facial muscles.
Fitness Tip
Human Basketball Net. In just a few seconds you can convert a "stressed mood" into a relaxed frame of mind with a this simple stretch. First, raise your arms straight over head and interlace fingers. With a straight back, alternate arms down and back up. On the up, really extend the hands as if you are trying to touch the ceiling with your fingertips. Feel the stretch through your shoulders and back. Now take the stretch out in front, keeping fingers interlaced with shoulders down and back. Then, unlock fingers and bring your arms straight out to your sides, keeping your wrists bent until your arms are fully extended. Here, open hands as far as you can to stretch your fingers. Hold for 3 counts. Keeping nice and extended, move arms back overhead and repeat the entire process.

Thanks for sharing these great tips with us Stel.
