Aww Mel,
Here you are feeling miserable and making others feel better with your laughs. Bless your heart, I'm sorry about the gym and your troubles.
Awwww Mel~
There are times when I wouldn't mind being a man too. But then we wouldn't be the beautiful caring woman that we are now! LOL!!!
Hope you feel better soon! :o)
Much love,

~DJ~

Sorry hon .. Maybe it's time to go to doctor to see why you are having this so often, you know ..
Hope you're able to relax a bit today ..
Feel better hon :)
Thanks for the laughs today too
For one thing, get out of the fetal position. It's the absolute WORST position when you're having cramps.
Now settle down, take a deep breath.
There are several things you can do. #1. Throw a party in honor of your cramps. Ask for, no, demand, gifts of shots of booze and anti-inflammatories.
#2. Accept those gifts ahead of time, alone, in your own home, without having asked anyone for them and with no one there. Get stupid.
#3. Pretend you are in labor.
#4. Then do #2.
#5. Tell Yogi it's not funny.
Alernatively, do you have a walk-in clinic or do you have a regular doctor and OBGYN? Whichever you have, get there ASAP.
No one should have to suffer as you are. No cramp is a good cramp, but there is a limit. I don't know your history or if you are on any hormones but they can smooth out periods.
Anyway, don't stop till you get a solution. If your doctor or obgyn won't listen, go to somebody else.
You could look at the problem this way also: There are times when other forms of bodywork are preferable to heavy exertion, like with your periods. At those times, it might be a good idea into getting a yoga or other RELAXATION video. You can quiet your self down to a more tolerable level and it's a great excuse to unwind.
It's like UNdoing, instead of DOing.
For what it's worth --
Love,
Yogi

Hey Mel,
I was reading a little article in Redbook that a study had been done at Georgetown and the results were....
"women who traded a diet containing beef, pork, chicken, and fish for one high in grains, beans, and produce experienced a 50% reduction in pain and bloating."
