Another day, another dinner, lol.

So....will it be something depending on the weather? Something hot for a cold day or something cold for a hot day? What's on the menu for us to savor? ;) Please share. :)

Dh's sister and husband are here from Bentonville, Arkansas so we ate in the city last night. I had fillet steak, cooked medium well on bed of English spinach, topped with grilled, very garlicky (sp!) scampi with what looked like four large french fries in a pattern!! As I had only had two pieces of toast and a banana all day no damage done
Sounds like a fun time for all .. tasty food too :)

He doesn't like soup, so that's out. Maybe I can get some cream chipped beef or something
I would have said soup too, LOL
Hope he feels ok later ..
You're so sweet to him :)

Having had to feed my dh a soft diet for quite awhile (he can be sort of picky too), I found he really appreciated tapioca pudding (or a pudding ) and mashed potatoes. Sometimes I'd bake the potato and then mash it up, lol. Think it might of been the babying he liked lol. ;)

Yeah Hugs~

You would think that the man wouldn't mind soup, but that's too boring for him.

So, I bought some boneless chicken breast tenders & I'm going to cut them up super small & we're going to have stir fry. He should be able to manage some chicken, rice & veggies just fine! ;o)
