Hi:

I havent been around the board for a month or a little more, I stopped dieting and lost interest in healthy stuff. (I am still working out, that hasnt stopped) Im trying to go back to dieting a little more see how more can I lose.

Well I got a question, maybe this happened to someone. I been was on a diet for two months. Then I got sick of the food I was eating, and I stopped dieting.

I lost around 17 lbs in those months.

A month has passed Im still in the same weight two or three pounds up and down for a month. But today I weighted at the gym and I was surprised.

Now I weight 172 lbs, that is the less weight I been for years. I am not dieting at all, I changed my habits, im not eating as much candy and junk as i used to, but I still do.

Do you know if its the metabolism or why can I be losing weight if i wasnt dieting?

**Sometimes, changing your habits is more necessary than simply "dieting"... Looks like you're doing a great job! Good for you! ;o)

Much love,
