I just dont want to get off my butt!!I NEED to go to the gym--and I am great when I get there its just getting my act together to go.Ok..gonna make a mental list of WHY I should go and JUST DO IT>>>>>>>> I AM GOING!!! mel

OK I know I should not laugh you little bugger but if I was there, I would light a cracker and put it in a significant place "SHOCK" and that sure as hec would get you off your lazy little butt and to the gym. Get cracking, you and I KNOW that you will feel better if you do. Tell you what, you go and I PROMISE never to be nice to you again - usually that means I like you Ha!!! Hil

Still laughing, in case there is a language barrier, a cracker is a firework so believe me, the experience would be painful as well as motivating <>

OKOK!! I went!And I am glad!But tired..got in 3 miles of cardio and a whole-body work-out.I have been doing a lot of "UPHILL" treadmilling--and I swear my butt is firmer..but I still weigh the same.I need to diet--but I dont want to.I really do GENERALLY watch what I eat..and it is USUALLY healthy..but we all have our moments!! xoxoxomel
