Well seeing as how I don't watch that *stuff* .. I'm going to tell
Only thing that may save you is I don't feel good ..
So we'll see if I tell or not

how'd you do it differently?

**I didn't flatten out the chicken, I browned it in a non stick pan then slit it and put the cheese and basil inside the slit. Then I poured over the sauce and simmered it for about 20 minutes. Most of the cheese stayed in the slit, unlike a softer cheese which would have melted out into the sauce, and the little that did, well, that was OK. This saved me time and was a lot less messy. Probably didn't look as "clever" though

It tasted great and dh has requested it again :) Thanks Hilary

**ROFL, well since it'll be his wife who has to put up with it eventually, ya shouldn't have to work on it much longer. Actually, this didn't really become noticable until dh retired and around the house all the time. ;)
