Waltzing Matilda is the unofficial national anthem of Australia. Many of the words etc. are not found or used outside Australia so if you happen to hear Waltzing Matilda over the next few weeks below is a link which gives not only the words but their meaning ;)

Seriously though, I do not speak like that even to the point of using the term "mate" etc. It's just for fun even though the majority of Australians do use a lot of slang :) I probably sound a little more English than Australian for that matter. Hilary
