Waltzing Matilda is the unofficial national anthem of Australia. Many of the words etc. are not found or used outside Australia so if you happen to hear Waltzing Matilda over the next few weeks below is a link which gives not only the words but their meaning ;)

I have always loved that song.I had a sunday school teacher who had traveled alot and sang it to me but called it"Waltzing Melinda".I was always into music -even at church I sang in the choir.It is a pretty and sad song...xoxo mel

I loved that version-have always loved the song. The AFL looks like they play like irish football-a bit o soccer and rugby thrown in--no tackling--am I right?/If so its SO way different than our foot-ball here!! mel
