Well, I tried to make something like stuffed chicken breasts, but I didn't have a recipe. . . I slit open chicken breasts and put in some monteray jack and sharp cheddar and a piece of prosciutto(sp) and it all spilled out and was disgusting looking but it tasted okay.(vbg)

After a long day of football, and not much to eat, we decided to try out a new Chinese

Restaurant that DELIVERS!!!

Suffice it to say, the 2 dishes we got were very spicey, yet only had 1 star for

spiciness by them. Good, but as I've said, I like Chinese, but it doesn't like me:)

I DID like the egg roll best:) Started to get a *spring roll* as previously mentioned ,

but opted for my more *traditional*.

Can I freeze these leftovers? ~ one chicken, one beef...don't think dh can put it all

away tonite...not even HIM!! Or....how many days will they stay good in the fridge?
