Please join us in describing what you're planning for dinner.
When you plan it's so much easier to control what you eat
Will you serve healthy foods?  or decide on something special?
Hearing what you all plan to eat is SOOOOO interesting too.  *wink*

So, What are you having for dinner tonight ladies?

I think it'll be something simple-pork chops, rice, asparagus and applesauce.
Dh has to have his applesauce with pork chops, lol.
Soo, nothing very exciting to hear about. ;)

Once again for me no dinner BECAUSE I have just returned from having a wonderful lunch with a group of my golfing friends. We ate at a nursery, a new coffee shop, and the food was fantastic. I had a tartlet, I guess you could call it, a piece of puff pastry onto which had been stacked grilled eggplant and zucchine, marinated mushrooms and tomatoes. They then put parmesan cheese on top of that and grilled it. YUM. Topped with green salad leaves with balsamic dressing and garnished with shaved parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper. Absolutely delicious, and not too bad for me either! Some had dessert but I just had a "skinny" capaccino. I had fun :) Hilary

Well, I must have been getting "balsamic" messages from Hil because I'm craving Rosemary Balsamic Chicken breasts....just drizzle some olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar, a bit of crushed garlic and some rosemary leaves onto chicken breasts for a few minutes, then grill up in a hot skillet....it SMELLS wonderful, is light and delicious.
