Please join us in describing what you're planning for dinner.
When you plan it's so much easier to control what you eat
Will you serve healthy foods?  or decide on something special?
Hearing what you all plan to eat is SOOOOO interesting too.  *wink*

So, What are you having for dinner tonight ladies?

anyone?

**I have to admit, we've never had ground turkey as dh doesn't care for it that way but I had fun looking at recipes >

BBQ Turkeyburgers? turkey chili?
Found this Turkey chili one that sounds fairly quick. :)

Bet your *guys* loved fending for themselves

**It is worth mentioning what did happen there. Ds came down and I got the usual "What's for dinner Mum? I'm starving." When I said that I wasn't cooking he looked at dh and surpise, didn't say "KFC, Maccas Dad?" He said, and I nearly fell over "I'll cook!"

He then proceeded to cook some mini beef ravioli with tomato pasta sauce (one mixed with grilled summer vegetables). He actually served his Dad some and I HAD to have a little.

The joy ended there though 'cause he took off and left a mountain of washing up. Worth it. He got such a kick out of doing it and I got such a kick out of watching the look on his face as he was busily working in the kitchen.

They eventually GET there HA! This is just a glimpse of what is to come. His brother has arrived Hilary

awesome lunch

**It was good Golly and this place will do really well as a result. What it cost doesn't really matter, I don't do it every day, but it was fabulous value as well $13.50. Some of the lunches I had in the city when dh's sister was here cost twice as much and didn't even come close in flavour and left you hungry. Actually most I could cook better myself. It was great to eat something different. Hilary

I've never heard of applesauce with pork chops

**That is one of the beaut things about this Board. The differences. Roast pork and apple sauce, pork chops and apple sauce. Always apple sauce with pork!

Tip: When it is just the two of you or three ;) like me, I sometimes buy chunky or pureed apple sauce in the baby food section. It is cheaper than buying a large jar and as it does tend to go "off" quickly, there is no waste as the whole tin/jar goes in one sitting. Hilary

....it SMELLS wonderful

**YUM Tracy, sounds and "smells" great :) although at this time of the a.m. I think I will open the door Anything with a lot of garlic and any herbs is fine by me. It is so simple to create flavour in dishes. So many people eat bland food. Hilary

Hmph balsam, huh. Thought it was a shampoo! Wish we could have burgers. Nice and juicy and ...

but no meat.

OR, ARBY MELTS.

but no keys for the car.

No milk, no juice, no going to the doctor, nothing.

Two days now. Boys won't help.

I have been looking and looking. Today I am sick from looking and losing things and I cannot hold a thought in my head.

Especially about what's for dinner.
