Well here are my thoughts that need input:::

Kids are picky the oldest only likes corn and greenbeans(a little)

the other isnt soo bad

me I HATE canned veggies. I do use frozen alot but finding a blend to satisify all is not a reality. I live in a small town = poor selection at the local store (the only store)

And for some reason the "fresh" stuff is not so "fresh" if know what I mean. So what are we to do force the kids to like it or lump it or do you gals have any ideas????

No one in the houes likes salad even fruit salad. I am tired of the old stand bys

Hi Mary,
Can you get to any farms where you could get fresh veggies?
Other than that, if it were me, I'd make sure they get a good multivitamin, insist they eat at least one spoonful of whatever veggie you're serving and not push it. Jmho
It worked with both our boys- they love lots of veggies now. :)

Have yall tried any of the birds Eye frozen broccoli or the cauliflower w/ the cheese sauce? My kids love it.I dont have a problem w/ veggies here tho-I staryed them young and they really like most all veggies--we do prefer fresh to frozen--but i also dont hardly like any canned veg except for green beans( yes-even cold outa the can) and canned carrots they like cuz they are sweeter. My DH is the PROBLEM child w/ veggies--only eats cooked corn or potatoes--amd RAW he will eat carrots and broccoli--NEVER cooked!!So i just cook the veg for me and the kids.Do your kids like cole slaw?I cant imajine not liking salad--MYSELF--I eat so many salads--WELL Good luck--i know I didnt help..sorry-mel

**This reminded me that I heard on our news that beef is really going up in price next week! Not just 5 cents a lb but like more than a dollar??? Something to do with the mad cow disease in Canada? I sure hope that was bad reporting!! Has anyone heard anything?
