Yayy, we made it to Friday. :D
And this has been the most glorious week here. :) I'm sorry to see this week go.
But, things are changing this weekend as the temperature drops and rain comes in.
I do hope it clears up and warms up by Halloween!

So what will you be having tonight? Eating out or bbqing while it's still nice?
Or are you having a TGIF after work party?

Hey Stel,
Sounds like a great dinner for tonight hon .. Pork isn't too bad I have to say ..
I was brought up with lamb while DH was brought up with pork ..
So, I have learned to like it since we were married basically.

Stel - - tell me something tho....why do you put oil on them if you are putting them in the cooking bag...I can see the oil if you are roasting them....just wondering...is the oil for flavor?
