Since Hugs has declared this week a foodie extravaganza, how about posting what we'll have for breakfast AND for dinner.
If you want to post lunch and snacks too, go for it. :)

Happy Thanksgiving

I LOVE cream colored brick houses~!

Our house is brick, but it is GROSS like gray/blue-ish tan kind of color....I'm "TRYING" to get that painted too!(lol).....not this year tho.

I don't blame you for having someone else do the ceilings.....our ceilings are high and no Way would I try that.

I know it probably smells a bit fume-y now, but I think after a few days it smells clean....like a new house.

Jimmy Dean Sausage?

**And here I thought you were my *friend* Tracy. Don't even talk about Jimmy Dean Sausage. I have actually emailed the company that makes it and asked them to get it to Australia. I LOVE IT!!!!! but they say that is not possible :((( Even in Canada I asked for it in a supermarket and they didn't have it. We have NOTHING similar but I make my own pork and sage sausage. It's *almost* the same Hilary

I'm going to try my hand at gravy

**It is so simple Tracy that it will only take you one try to get right In the "good old days" I used to use the pan drippings but now just use a packet! lo fat Gravox is the brand here! I also use the microwave, you just have to remember to stir it regularly so "no lumps"

My mother is incapable of making gravy with "no lumps" and it is kinda a family joke around here. It really is funny, she can never get it right! Hilary

I LOVE cream colored brick houses~!

**The bricks (they never need painting although some people use bricks then paint over them) aren't cream Tracy. They are flecked terracotta colour, you know browns, oranges etc. hmmm that sounds YUK but it's not and all the woodwork, guttering, shutters etc. is cream.

I'll send you a picture if you like when it is finished because I know that over there you do not have this combination of building materials. The same with the roofing. You lot use different materials etc. Hilary

Well,, I made the pumpkin chicken chili.......

At first, it was "gag me with a spoon" disgusting!(lol)

BUT, I Couldn't let Mike know....(g)....

So, I added a bunch more cumin and salt (Anything salty HE likes).....

It's better now....having simmered a while, but I'm glad I only used 1/2 can of pumpkin cause I really could have done without THat...but, you never know till you try.
