The scale .. truth or dare .. or a game
| Wed, 11-12-2003 - 2:00am |
The scale .. is it truth or not .. just a game .. or honest.
Gives the right numbers but doesn't mean it's the truth .. or does it ..
What do you think .. Is it perfectly honest for you? Do you believe it when it says the *right* number ..
Or not .. How can you tell if it's the truth
*Inquiring minds* want to know as always :)

Most likely it is giving the correct weight since my scale and my doc's scale pretty much agree. But I have decided not to worry about what the scale says for awhile. With menopause in full swing I go up and down so much it makes me dizzy!
I have shoved my scale in the closet and am now trying to rely on how my clothes feel. It is too tempting to step on that thing daily and also can be very depressing. You know if you've been good or bad
Very smart Sandy!
Lol, good idea if you're tempted to weigh daily. :D
I think how our clothes feel is a great indicator too Sandy. :)
Happy Thanksgiving
