I don't buy any of those products or similar. The only healthy frozen foods I buy are vegetables and oven bake wedges and then rarely. Hilary

I voted for Smart Ones....my still alltime fav is Fire-grilled chicken with Roasted Vegetables...yum:)

I know these dinners have alot of sodium...but...for a working gal, I've been eating them for so many years, old habits are just hard to break.

I think that's great Stel ..
For a working person, yes they sure do come in handy.
I was reading the contents the other day on one of them and kind of impressed
Not just for the busy woman but also like if my DH is gone ..
They are quick, simple and fairly healthy
I too agree though that they don't fill me up quite all the way

I try to have a salad with them, as the dinner itself doesn't fill me up...or maybe a slice or two of my new fav wheat bread that only has 60 calories a slice:)

**Well, that's good to hear ya know 'cause I have seen those in the supermarket and often wondered how on earth anyone could manage on so little food :) Hilary

**Lucky is right Hugs . On the rare occasion that I don't have the time to prepare dinner etc. I just buy takeaway. It is mainly the size of the meals in these packets that stops me buying them but I have looked at the Lean Cuisine brand and have often thought that you could actually use those plus adding stuff like salad and bread etc. to put yourself on a controlled diet. Your *takeaway* would be more costly and more calories usually here ..
Better for me to have those wonderful *healthy* frozen

I lost about 10 pounds once while eating mostly Healthy Choice meals for dinner....I use them occasionally when I want a low-cal alternative to cooking and am trying to cut calories that day.

BTW .. cool you lost weight on using those Healthy choices ..
