That means a serving of blueberries may have more of the antioxidant power you need to fight aging, cancer, and heart disease. Every day, the cells in our body wage a battle against free radicals — unstable oxygen molecules associated with cancer, heart disease and the effects of aging. Antioxidants, natural substances found in Wild Blueberries and other fruits and vegetables, come to the rescue, neutralizing free radicals and keeping us healthy.
How about that! My ds made his living in Canada last year by picking blueberries It was good for his health because he had to ride a bicycle to and from work, and I think he ate blueberries all day 'cause he was almost broke for most of his stay. HA!
Think this Aussie, considering her age and stage will perhaps add blueberries to her shopping list as well! Hilary

Wow Cool Hilary!
Good to know ..
I even *kind* of like blueberries
Thanks for sharing this here :)
I tried them back in the summer, but geez...when I'd buy a little carton, the ones underneath the top ones would be moldy looking.
I think they all count Stel
In cereal or not .. JMHO of course
They *appear* real .. and have to be *somewhat* healthy .. don't you think
Better than some *other* foods*
So enjoy :)
Completely agree....Blueberries are Fabulous!!
I buy bags of frozen berries all the time....when they are in season, in those little cartons....take them OUT of the carton.
