Did you read the article in the folder *What's new in Health* about cooking the turkey upside down?
Happy Thanksgiving

Hey Hil...I saw that about upside down and I'm THINKING about doing that...one of the gals on "another" board does hers upside down in a turkey bag....
I thought about doing what I saw *Martha Stewart* do with drenching cheesecloth with butter and draping it over the turkey....I don't know tho....I'm leaning towards upside down, But, on a rack.

Now you're telling me there are *other* boards
You would be the perfect one to *try* that *Upside down turkey* Tracy
You'll have to let us know ..
I might even bring the recipe *up* here .. just for you :)
**Seriously, from experience, cooking a turkey in a cooking bag is the *best* way for me. It stays moist, browns beautifully, and cooks a lot quicker than any other method. Some people here put the skin of a leg of ham over the turkey while cooking and remove it for the last say half hour to brown off the skin. For me though, a bag every time! Hilary
