Um less sugar
Less carbs
Less fried food
Try to keep active i.e. 10 thou steps a day approx
Take my multi-vits & supplements more regularily

EATING HABITS


HOW I FEEL INSIDE AND OUT


I'M MUCH MORE AWARE OF WHAT BAD FOODS DO TO ME AND MY TUMMY


EXERCISE IS A PART OF MY DAILY LIFE


MY HUSBAND LOVES MY TONE BOTTOM ;-)

Eating more protein - at least 80 grams a day
Adding intervals to my cardio (walking)
No more lunches of soda & chips
Choosing water over soda more often
Less alcohol & mix = less calories


You know Lisa, Friday's are becoming my least favorite day.

Choose water over soda


Exercise more consistently


Buy more fruits and veggies at the grocery store


Stop eating fast food so often

I am eating differently than before...I never used to portion meals or desserts.
I am exercising more.
My weight has changed for the better.
I changed my workouts to different ones now.
I am drinking more water then before.
