How do the weekends affect your weight loss goals/plans?

  • Not sure- They're just like any other days
  • They help- I do better than the weekdays
  • They ruin them- I fall off the wagon completely
  • Other .. please share

I chose other. I still do my workouts except for the walkjogs. I do the circuit training, the biking when I can and hulahoop, and strengthening. Now my treadmill neighbor is working to a different level in her walking because even though her weight is still the same she is working on reducing her inches. I am using her secretly and want to control my weight at this level so I will not let my weekends affect my workouts too much.

I voted : Not sure - They are just like any other day. I don't eat much different than I do during the week. Before I retired the week days were great because I didn't have the time to eat as often as I do now.

No complaints for me either. I really enjoyed working when I did, but...being retired is just great for my husband and I. There is so much to do that sometimes I think, how did I do all of this when I did work.

Today was such a wonderful day for me, quiet and peaceful and the greatest thing of all, was that I was able to sit here at my computer alone, and relaxed and check in here with all my friends. That is one thing I miss while being so busy lately. I will be glad when things finally settle down and I can come back on a regular basis again.

(((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))))

My treadmill neighbor used to walk 3.3 and now is doing the 3.5. She will not beyond that level...it is too fast for her. The snap that she had last Sun on her back muscles are gone, which is good. Good to know that walking is really good for the back pains Hugs. Of course, one must be careful on that part.
