Do you keep track of your daily calorie consumption?
- Yes, I journal & keep track daily
- Yes, I keep a running total in my head
- I try to but lose track
- No, I just eat less when I am hungry
- I don't know how to count calories
- No, not at all
- Keep track of points, carbs or something else
- Other .. please share

Needing to & doing are two different things

I try to keep track in my head.
I used to use fitday.com
but hate it after they changed it (about a year ago)
I try to keep up on sparkpeople,
But don't really like that either.
I should go back to the old fashioned way.

Portioning is enough for me.
If I was overweight again...maybe.
Did you have a log book you used before ?
What about doing it here on the board in your own journal ?
Would that or the log book help ?
