Be Nice to Joints
Working out can be difficult for joint-pain sufferers. But it's important to stay active to keep joints limber and lubricated. Opt for low impact activity like walking. The idea is to have one foot on the ground at all times. Any exercise that demands jumps, pivots, turns or stops and starts (like tennis or racket ball) is not advisable. Cycling or swimming are good choices that keep you moving without hurting your aching joints.



I love swimming when our weather permits!
Can't wait to open our pool :)
