Sources at the American Dietetic Association say that eating at night won't necessarily go straight to your hips. The real risk comes when you starve yourself during the day, because then you will often eat more than normal at night, leading to more total calories for the day. The real trick—as is most often the case—is balance. If you have a larger breakfast, moderate lunch and small dinner, you are less likely to indulge in nightly snacking, which is the real weight-loss deal breaker. So, don't feel bad if you can't have dinner until 9 or 10 p.m., just make sure you don't overdo it.

That is a strange one for me Hugs. We eat dinner by 6:30 and have a little chips 8 to 8:30. Sometimes we skip the chips and feel fine and around that time too afterwards I am working on upperbody.
