Any special kind ?
Great to hear you're being *good* & not having them around too often :)
Not sure if that is a good thing or not
Although I do know many out there that are so yummy
It all depends on what I'm hungry for....to be honest, I am never hungry for veggies as a snack;-)
I have yogart everyday
Love popcorn
Cheese
The secret is to find one you really like
Popcorn is a great snack too though ..
As is the yogurt & cheese , crackers & nuts.
Anything really is .. almost ..
I choose ....cheese and crackers. I don't like to eat it to often as cheese is really not that good for you, as it is not good for your bad cholesteral. My bad cholesteral was a little high two years ago and when I asked what I can do to lower it, I was told to cut out the cheese and junk food. Hum...wouldn't you know my favorite snacks has to be cut...but I will survive, right??? LOL!!!
Have a good evening.
Ahh yes sometimes we do have to let go of our favorites ..
Or have them in moderation now & then :)
Having those snacks in moderation now and then sounds so much better than having to let them go. I haven't been posting my weight as I really don't have that time and right now with everything going on here, I am not concentrating that much on my goals....though I am trying to still be aware of my intake of food. I don't think that I am doing that badly because last week I had a nurse here to take blood, blood pressure , urine for a life insurance and she also weighed me which I was still 165, can not complain about that because I might of not gone down , but I didn't go up.
Hopefully once things settle down you'll have more of a routine ..
Which of course would include being here
In the neantime .. moderation works well :)
